Challenge Yourself To Connect

During the 10 Days of Connection, challenge yourself to connect across lines of difference. There are many ways to do that: share a meal with someone you wouldn’t normally cross paths with, read a book or watch a movie that highlights the beauty of connection, take part in #MiamiWalks to get to know a new neighborhood, etc.! Come experience Timothy Forman’s journey into the beauty of South Florida’s natural landscapes, while you connect with other expectators.

Timothy is an impressionist landscape artist and grandson of the famous Davie dairy farmer, Hamilton Forman. His family story is intertwined with how arts, health, education, industry and economics have developed over the past century in Broward County.

Born in 1986, Tim grew up in sunny south Florida. Some of his favorite past times are the beach, fishing in Biscayne Bay with his dad, and stargazing. “My dad and grandfather were the ones who encouraged me to keep painting through my teenage years.” Through his work, Tim seeks to lift the spirits and inspire awe above our day-to-day lives.
